Basic Machine
- Unit frame of welded carbon Steel
- Heavy mass and low-vibration frame
- Optional aspiration on top of the machine
- Scraper system adjustable which is located
on the exterior of the unit
- rolls are removed from the from the front to the
unit
- Dismounting of the roll bearings made easier using
a hydraulic dismounting aid.
- Differential side V-belts and pulleys with guard
located for easy of access and maintenance.
Optional overflow system
- Recycle of un-flaked material can be accomplished
with built in screw conveyors or customer provided system.
- Allows products to cover the entire length of the
rolls.
Benefits of the overflow system
- Higher throughput
- The risk of damage to the roll ends in minimized
- Roll end re-grinding significantly reduced, thus
lowering maintenance cost.
